My colleagues and I had a very good guided meditation session last evening with Alice Yuen. The session was meant for helping us realise our life goal(s). I personally really liked the introduction about why we should meditate and what kinds of good it can do to us on all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I am more determined than ever that I should mediate at least once a day.
As for the meditation, I was happy to discover a way to help me visualise my goals and I really enjoyed seeing and living in what makes me happy.
I highly recommend individuals and companies to participate in this guided meditation by Alice.
