The process of meditation can be fun, and there are many ways to meditate and explore meditation, within a safe and loving environment.
We will have an initial discussion session about your beliefs, preferences and aims, and explore different paths and methods of meditation which works best for you. As we progress along, we can also meditate on specific issues that you wish to gain clarity on or explore, such as your career or relationships, with me acting as your guide to greater self-awareness.
