Yoga for Runner with Foam roller


Combining yoga and foam rolling techniques, this recovery class aims to help you rehab tired muscles; increase mobility, ease post-run pains and stave off injuries. Particular focus will be put on loosening tight joints and restoring the legs in a better shape so you enjoy every step you take. Practical self-practice tips will be given to help stave off injuries and aid recovery after running.

瑜伽拉筋加上使用按摩棒的(Self Myofascial Release) 自我按摩技巧,本課堂旨在助您消減肌肉疲累;提升活動能力;減輕運動後的肌肉崩緊和避免再度受傷。課堂將包括家中練習技巧,助學員能在家繼續自我按摩肌肉和打開關節練習。
